About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead SIL and community services, support staff , ensure compliance with NDIS standards, and drive high-quality participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across SIL homes and community supports
- Lead, mentor, and support disability support workers
- Monitor service quality, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Support implementation of behaviour support plans and medication management
- Conduct risk assessments and manage incidents
- Ensure participant supports are delivered safely and effectively
- Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in disability services in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and framework
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or related field
- Current NDIS Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and Driver’s Licence
